Who participates?
Leaders, managers and entrepreneurs of all branches.

What is it about?
The participants get together and learn how to work with coaching tools in order to communicate effectively and to become better leaders. The "material" used in the course are the personal questions and issues of the participants, which allows a really hands-on experience.

2. You will have a telephone interview with Marion Guérin to a. check if the course is suitable for you and fits your needs and expectations
   b. be sure you are aware of the expectations of Paradigm Consulting (due to the low price, Paradigm Consulting wants to make sure to get motivated and interested participants who commit to join all modules)
   
3. After successful telephone interview, Paradigm Consulting will select the participants
4. First module will start on 26 January 2012
