Director of Mentoring, Awards and Grants

●     Conduct yearly award selection
●     Initiate and coordinate mentoring program in yearly circles
●     Contribute to membership newsletter

Director of Legal Affairs

●     Write and maintain bylaws (rules and regulations)
●     Formulation and negotiation of cooperation agreements
●     Fulfillment of legal requirements
