WIA-E Munich: Space Brunch Lab

Join us for this engaging networking event hosted by the Women in Aerospace Munich Regional Network!

We would like to introduce Munich's Regional Network series of events called: Space Brunch Lab.

In this series of events, our goal is to bring together women from the aerospace sector to connect, share their experiences, and enjoy a delicious brunch in a welcoming atmosphere.

During each event, we'll be choosing a core conversation topic. This is going to be a great way for us to address topics that concern women in aerospace and to hear other women's stories.

For our upcoming Space Brunch Lab, the main topic is:
"Managing Perceptions"

Managing perception refers to the deliberate efforts individuals make to influence how others view them in both personal and professional settings. For women in aerospace—a field often marked by gender imbalances—managing perception becomes particularly crucial to navigating biases, building credibility, and achieving leadership roles.
