About the Facilitators – Shireen Ali-Khan & Iain Smith

Shireen Ali-Khan and Iain Smith are experienced facilitators and engagement specialists with a deep commitment to empowering individuals in male-dominated industries. Together, they deliver #IAmRemarkable, a global initiative that encourages individuals—especially women and underrepresented groups—to recognise and celebrate their achievements.

Shireen is an expert coach and facilitator, known for her work with Women in Transport and her leadership in intersectionality-focused programmes. Iain, a leadership and behavioural change specialist, brings decades of experience in coaching and personal development. They co-lead the Lead Development Programme, a transformative initiative helping professionals thrive in their careers.

In this #IAmRemarkable session for Women in Aerospace, they’ll create a space for participants to challenge self-limiting beliefs, own their success, and build confidence. With a shared background in advocating for women in transport, they understand the importance of amplifying voices in aerospace—another sector where representation and visibility matter.
