Where: Munich Airport Visitor Park
By S-Bahn rail link: take the S1 or S8 line to the “Besucherpark” station.
By car or bus: take the A92 autobahn to the Flughafen München exit. You are now on the airport access road. Follow the ‘Besucherpark’ signs to the Nordallee (the road where the Visitors Park is located), where you can park in the P52 parking lot (cars).
Plan: we will enjoy a guided tour through the Munich airport and an exclusive A380 tour. We will meet around 1:00pm for a 90 minutes dedicated tour of the A380, followed by a 50 minutes tour of the airport starting at 3:30pm.
The meeting point is the “departure Airport-Tour” dot (see second map in the link).
Price: 14 euros per person.
IMPORTANT Additional Information: Adults have to bring their identity card.
We kindly ask you to confirm your participation by latest next Tuesday, September 30th, so we can book the visit; please also remember that, once you confirm and the visit is scheduled, there is a cancellation fee, so, unless you find a replacement, you will have to pay the fee anyhow. The number of participants is limited to 20 persons, therefore, precedence will be given to WIA members and their families.
In case you are not able to attend on the proposed date but you will be interested in getting a tour in a different date, let us know so we can try to plan another visit.
