You are invited to a Women in Space Networking Lunch Event at the National Space Centre in Leicester on March 7th, from 11:00-14:00.
Ahead of International Women’s Day, the National Space Academy and National Space Centre are hosting a networking lunch for women in the space sector. This event is co-hosted by Women in Aerospace Europe UK (WIA-E UK) and supported by the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Campaign.
The event includes presentations from key women in the space industry with the opportunity for questions, followed by table discussions on the key barriers and solutions to improving the representation of women in the space sector. Lunch will be provided.
We are delighted to announce that we will be joined by a special guest of honour, who will spend some time meeting attendees as part of her visit to the National Space Centre.
