Dear all,
This year is all about women in space… First ‘unmanned’ space walk in a history was a step to a first woman to be walking on the Moon in 2024 within Artemis mission. (Artemis is the twin sister of Apollo and Goddess of the Moon and hunt) But before the one small step for a woman, and one giant leap for a woman-kind, let us listen over Xmas dinner about amazing stories of Space Girls by Maiken Nielsen. Maiken wrote a novel based on a real story of First Lady Astronaut Trainees (FLATs) from the Space/Moon Race Era.
Join us to listen her stories and enjoy a Christmas celebration with our local group and special guest Claudia Kessler, founder of WIA-Europe and “Die Astronautin” initiative!
