Mentoring program presentation: learning from each other
Our Mentoring Program’s main goal is to support and encourage high school and university students to manage their own learning in the aerospace sector by the wide experience of mentors in the aerospace industry.
Mentoring has benefits for both mentors and mentees:
- personal and professional development
- interpersonal and communication skills improvement
- leadership and management skills development
- confidence building
- empowerment: confidence and motivation building
- new experiences through cooperation
We’ve created 2 different routes for the mentees and mentors groups/pairs that’ll be formed.
