Assignment
As a Bid Manager , you will play a central role in coordinating and drafting responses to calls for tender issued by our clients, whether institutional or commercial. You will be responsible for the quality, relevance and timeliness of the proposals submitted.
Your main missions will be:
- Analyze calls for tender (public and private markets), identify key requirements, risks, and define an appropriate response strategy
- Manage the entire response process , mobilizing the necessary internal and external resources (engineering, legal, finance, etc.)
- Develop the response schedule , monitor progress by holding coordination meetings and implementing action plans
- Prepare forecast budgets , project schedules, expected deliverables and the distribution of tasks between stakeholders
- Collect, structure and integrate contributions from internal teams and external partners to build a complete and coherent file
- Ensure the proofreading and validation of technical, administrative and financial elements before transmission for validation
- Work closely with management for the strategic and final validation of offers before sending
- Be on the lookout for market opportunities and participate in the continuous improvement of response tools and processes
Profile
With higher education (bac +3/5) in project management, engineering, commerce or equivalent, you have at least 2-3 years of successful experience in managing complex calls for tender, ideally in a technical or innovative environment (aeronautics, space, environment, etc.).
You are recognized for your rigor , your analytical mind and your writing skills . You know how to manage a project within a structured framework and collaborate with various contacts (technical, legal, financial, commercial, etc.).
Expected skills:
- Excellent command of project management and tendering procedures (public and private markets);
- Strong synthesis , writing and argumentation skills ;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate between departments ;
- Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral skills in French and English
