As in the past years, get ready to celebrateĀ Yuri’s NightĀ with the space community inĀ Munich, on April 12, 2017, at 7 p.m.
WIA-E Munich, in partnership with DGLR and TUM, has organised a great and fun evening to celebrate the first man on space, Yuri Gagarin, and his first space flight!
- When? 12th April 2017 atĀ 7p.m.
- Where? TUM Vorhƶlzer Forum (beautiful rooftop area at the university)
- What to expect? Dr Detlef Koschny, Head of NEO Segment at the SSA Programme Office of ESA, will be our guest speaker on the topic: “Asteroiden, kleine kƶrper im Sonnensystem -Gefahr oder Nutzen?”. The lecture will be followed by a small informal reception to foster the network among all participants.
- How? No need to confirm in advance, just come, bring your friends along and get ready to celebrate!
Yuri’s night is a worldwide event, so if you are not in Munich on this day, no worries, check out here for parties all around the world.
