Dear WIA-E members,
we have a special workshop for you on negotiation skills. The idea is that negotiating whether it is about salary with your employer, a night out with your partner or a service/product to be delivered to a customer are all based on the same skills.
On 30 November, you and your network are invited to join a networking lunch, with a special guest – Senior Consultant Arthur Pop- from Digne Consult.
We are welcoming all members and non-members of WIA Leiden.
Arthur has over 15 years of experience in various training and coaching positions. He worked in the education industry, as a Learning and Development (L&D) consultant and in many forms as a trainer/coach. From an early age he was involved in training and coaching children in sports. This is where he found his love for the role in helping others having valuable learning experiences. He truly found his passion in helping others reaching the goals they set.
Over the last decade Arthur has worked in a variety of industries. He worked in and a long side many companies in the banking, insurance and employment services. He helped organisations and individuals determine what their L&D goals are, and find a path to reach them.
Sandwich lunch will be provided on location, 7€ to be paid on location.
