Will they discover I am not as good as they think? Is this success just luck or timing? Do I belong here? - The Impostor phenomenon, often experienced but seldom discussed, can pose subtle yet significant barriers to professional development, sometimes without our conscious awareness.
During the session, we will explore various aspects related to identifying the impostor phenomenon, its implications for leadership and psychological capital, its impact on professional growth, and strategies to tackle it effectively at individual and organizational levels. Moreover, we're excited to share some initial findings from our study and the responses of those attending the session.
From the collaborative efforts of Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and Women in Aerospace Europe, we're delving into the intricacies of workplace dynamics, particularly addressing the impostor phenomenon.
Before the webinar, we invite you to participate in the research by completing the survey. Join us to learn, contribute, and connect with like-minded professionals.
