Through targeted initiatives and strategic implementation, this Regional Network will strive to empower the next generation of women in aerospace and create a more inclusive and diverse industry

 

Core Topics:

 

Promote gender equality and increase women’s representation in STEM/aerospace: Challenge industry stereotypes and barriers, lead awareness campaigns, and highlight female role models.

 

Education and Outreach Inspire and prepare the next generation of aerospace professionals. Create mentoring opportunities, focusing on underserved communities (such as Roma youth and individuals with disabilities). Provide accessible educational resources, including school visits and presentations.

 

Professional Development Support career advancement for women in aerospace: Deliver specialised workshops, offer targeted resources, and provide skill development opportunities.

 

Industry Partnerships: Build collaborative relationships with the Slovak aerospace sector, Foster start-up and corporate partnerships, and promote inclusivity.
