The Regional Network Switzerland focuses on fostering professional connections, supporting career development and mentoring, to strengthen the presence of women in the aerospace sector across the region. Core activities will concern the organising of networking events, knowledge-sharing workshops, online presentations, and collaborations with local academic and professional organisations. The network aims to promote diversity, visibility, and professional growth within the Swiss aerospace community.

Womenās leadership in aerospace, career development, industry trends in space and aviation, STEM outreach, as well as networking challenges and strategies to help members build and sustain strong professional connections.
