Do you want to contribute to the latest awareness-raising activity of WIA-E Rome? WIA-E Rome started in 2017 a cooperation with the UNISEC-Global to promote activities related to gender equality in STEM and Aerospace fields. Therefore, a dedicated #GenderEquality research team was created and several activities and events have been organized, as illustrated in the following timeline.

Since 2019, WIA-E Rome and  the Japanese association of women in aerospace (Sorajo) are working on a cross-cultural analysis of the Italian and Japanese Aerospace sectors to understand individuals’ perception of Gender Inequality and the possible impact of the considered country and culture.
