We are delighted to welcome Federica Angeletti and Maria Messina as the new WIA-Europe Rome Regional Network leaders!
On behalf of the entire WIA-Europe organisation, we would like to extend out heartfelt thanks to Annamaria Nassisi and Cristina Valente, who shall be stepping down as leaders of the Rome Regional Network.
After ten incredible years of guiding a now well-rooted and widespread group—even beyond Rome—the time felt right for a leadership transition.
We thoughtfully proposed Maria and Federica as the new co-leads: two long-time, passionate members who truly reflect the group’s multidisciplinary spirit. Their nomination was warmly and unanimously welcomed by the RN committee.
With full confidence in the new leadership, we are stepping back—but not away—and will continue to support the group we have helped build, reminding us all that unity is the key to moving forward together.
