The programme offers two exciting opportunities:
WIA-Europe Student Conference Grant:
Are you a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD student in Europe with a passion for aerospace? Apply for our Student Conference. The recipient shall receive a EUR 1,000 grant as financial support for their first international workshop or conference presentation. The award winner shall be awarded EUR 1,000.Ā
WIA-Europe Inspirational Award: Share your project that promotes aerospace and inspires future generations. The award winner shall be awarded EUR 1,000. To apply, you will need to submit a short report describing the project and your personal contribution.Ā

WIA-Europe Inspirational Award:

WIA-Europe Student Conference Grant
1. Financial Support
- Offers ā¬1,000 to help cover costs for travel, registration, and participation at an international aerospace workshop or conference.
2. First-Time Experience Incentive
- Specifically supports students attending an international conference for the first time, helping you take that critical early step in your career.
3. Showcase Your Work
- Enables you to present your accepted aerospace paper on an international platform ā a valuable opportunity to share and get feedback on your research.
4. Boost Your Professional Profile
- Being a grant recipient enhances your CV and demonstrates your engagement with the aerospace community.
5. Free Membership & Visibility
- Winners receive a free individual WIA-Europe membership for the following year and will be featured with a bio/photo on the WIA-Europe website for visibility.
6. Share Your Experience
- After the grant and event, youāll submit a short report on how the grant supported your participation ā a chance to reflect, share insights, and inspire others.
