Kick start the new year with this highly interactive training session for WIA-E members on how to set yourself up for success in 2022! First we’ll reflect what you achieved in 2021 and then shape a compelling vision for the year ahead. Then we’ll explore career strategies drawn from the WIA-E “Women in C-Suite” white paper that can help you reach your personal and professional goals. Finally we’ll finish with an action plan to make sure you turn your big ideas into practical actions!
Gabriella Goddard is the Coaching Director at the Space Leadership Academy with over 18 years of international experience in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. She is an alumni of the International Space University and a member of UKSA’s LEO Accelerator programme. She regularly writes articles on leadership for Forbes and is the published author of “Gulp: The 7-day crash course to master fear and break through any challenge.”
